Leadership Development
Leadership excellence is the cornerstone of any successful organisation. If you want to further your leadership abilities, take your team to a new level, or make the change you know needs to be made, even if you are not sure what exactly it is, then talk with me. I provide you with a safe space to share openly, explore thoroughly, and develop solutions. A word of warning, we will have moments of challenge but they will be within an environment of collegial humour guaranteed to keep us grounded and energised.
I’ve developed a six-session program, with each session lasting two hours, designed to meet your team where they are. Each session focuses on a key area of leadership and addresses a real, live issue that the group works on collaboratively. As these challenges are brought to the group, they not only enhance teamwork, communication, and accountability, but also generate innovative solutions that drive cost savings and improvements—directly benefiting your organisation.
HR Consulting
With over 20 years of experience in HR, I’ve gained a deep understanding of how organisations operate. My expertise in strategic development, legislation, processes, and industry trends allows me to pinpoint what’s most relevant while exploring new possibilities.
I strike a balance between the needs of the organisation and its people—both are crucial, and when aligned, potential can be realised.
I offer facilitation for executive strategy sessions, support for key recruitment, development of dynamic systems and processes, assistance with employment relations, and provide coaching and support to key staff.
My approach to counselling, leadership development, and HR consulting is consistent. I believe in partnering with you to enable you to realise your potential. With direct, authentic communication, I bring a passionate and unapologetic optimism.
I have a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Masters in Business.
