The Leadership Series
Purpose
To provide experiential leadership training that will equip your people with tools to be better leaders and improve the way your leadership team operates.
Benefits
Increased self-awareness; listening skills; being accountable; holding other people accountable.
Team building – the dynamics created within the small group live on beyond the series. By working on real issues, the group develops a way of communicating that is supportively challenging, authentic, and goal-oriented.
What is it?
Six 1.5 – 2-hour sessions per month at a date and time that suits the whole group. Throughout the series, there are various measurement tools used for individual feedback. This may include 360 feedback focused on their current leadership practices, aspects of personality, and organisational role.
