Why blog
When I first started writing down my thoughts around counselling, relationships, and leadership, I hesitated.
There are many specialists, researchers, and compelling voices already sharing ideas in these spaces.
Then I realised something important: I’m not writing to compete.
I’m writing to share my thoughts, observations, and experiences so you can get a sense of who I am and what working with me might feel like.
Starting a deeply personal conversation with someone new takes courage. Finding the right fit matters.
My hope is that these reflections give you a feel for how I think — thoughtful, caring, occasionally challenging, and yes, a little quirky.
If, after reading, you decide I’m not the right person for you, that’s completely okay. Good counselling often starts with good fit.
But if something here resonates, then perhaps we’re already off to a thoughtful beginning.
